The variation in color and grain pattern in wood adds to its natural beauty and is not considered an imperfection. Stain variations just as no two trees are alike, no two pieces of wood are alike. Environmental factors, including but not limited to artificial / natural light, moisture, cleaners, smoke, etc. may cause the darkening or mellowing of a cabinet over time. This is a natural process and can be expected. This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening / mellowing of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood. Some cabinet lines feature a glazed finish on door and drawer front profiles. Due to the nature of the application, the glaze is hand-applied over stain or paint and may consist of random drips, runs, etc. There will be variations in color and appearance from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. This is not considered a defect and is considered normal with a hand-applied finished.
Cabinet door warping of less than 1/4” is not considered a defect. Cabinet glass doors carry no guarantee against warping. This guarantee does not apply to costs incurred after the product leaves our warehouse. The purchaser agrees to
let doors that are warped 1/4” or more to hang for two seasons before replacement is requested. Typically a door will return to its normal flat position once it is acclimated to temperature and humidity conditions.
Prior to requesting a replacement for a warped door, please be sure the cabinet or door has been installed properly.
It is the nature of wood to expand and contract to varying degrees depending on climate conditions. Mitered door joints in particular are likely to react to conditions of their environment. Gaps that may develop in door joints due
to conditions of their environment are not included or covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover or apply to hairline cracks of cabinetry; hairline cracks are unavoidable in wood cabinets given the nature of the material.

Granite is a natural stone product; therefore there will be natural imperfections. These imperfections are natural and are in no way flaws in the material. Colors and patterns will vary from bundle to bundle, and to some degree from
slab to slab. The surface of granite is not totally smooth - there are pits, fissures, and gaps. These cannot be polished out, as it is the natural state of the stone.
Granite seams are inevitable on some jobs. Seam placement is based on many factors, including, but not limited to, slab length, cabinet support, and appliance compatibility. All seams are slightly beveled and filled with a silicone
caulk chosen to match the granite color as closely as possible. Seam width varies from job to job and is affected by many factors.
Your granite countertops were sealed prior to installation and should be considered a temporary barrier, allowing time to wipe up spills before they can cause stains. All natural stone is porous and must be sealed at least once a year.
Some stones are more porous than others. This is not a defect of the stone; it is a natural characteristic. If the stone selected is a lighter color, it may need to be sealed as often as every six months. Download Warranty as PDF

Fill Stick
The fill stick is similar to a crayon or putty bar and can be used to fill in nail holes, deep scratches, cuts or gouges. Simply apply the fill stick with pressure to ensure it completely fills the defect. Excess can be carefully removed
and smoothed to match the surface with a plastic scraper or even an old credit card. The area should then be wiped with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth.
Marker/Touch-Up Pen
Use the marker/pen to repair scratches, excessive wear marks and edges where raw material is exposed such as miter joints where two pieces of molding meet. Shake well before using. Remove the cap and simply run the tip over the defect.
It may take several light coats to conceal the damage completely. Excess can be removed by lightly applying some mineral spirits on a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. Be sure to cap the pen following each use to prevent the felt tip from
drying out.
